Trucking services

Compliance, books and freight under one roof

Pick what you need. Most owner-operators start with IFTA and bookkeeping, then add dispatch once their authority is active.

IFTA Registration & Quarterly Filing

We set up your IFTA account, track miles and fuel by state from your ELD and receipts, and file every quarter on time.

  • IFTA account and decal application
  • Miles and gallons by jurisdiction
  • Quarterly returns, filed before the deadline

Form 2290 (Heavy Vehicle Use Tax)

Trucks at 55,000 lbs or more need a stamped Schedule 1 for registration and plates. We file it and send you the proof.

  • Annual 2290 e-filing
  • First-use filings for new trucks
  • Stamped Schedule 1 delivered to you

Monthly Bookkeeping

Send us your settlements, fuel receipts and bank statements. Each month you get clean books and know what every mile costs you.

  • Profit per load and cost per mile
  • Fuel, repairs, insurance and truck payments tracked
  • Monthly profit & loss report

Tax Prep & Planning

Owner-operators often overpay because nobody tracked their deductions. We prepare your return and plan your quarterly payments.

  • Per diem, depreciation and truck expense deductions
  • Quarterly estimated tax reminders
  • 1099s for drivers and contractors
  • Returns reviewed and e-filed by a licensed US tax professional

Trucking LLC & EIN

Running under your own name puts your house and savings at risk if something goes wrong on the road. An LLC helps separate them.

  • LLC formation in your home state
  • EIN and business bank account guidance
  • Help updating your USDOT record (MCS-150)

Dispatch

Once your authority is active, we find and book loads that fit your lanes and rates, so you're not stuck on load boards at midnight.

  • Load search and rate negotiation
  • Broker credit and fraud checks before booking
  • Rate confirmations, paperwork and invoicing
  • You approve every load; you're never forced to haul

FAQ

Questions truckers ask us

Do I need an LLC as an owner-operator?

It's not required, but as a sole proprietor, a lawsuit or business debt can reach your personal savings, home and car. An LLC, kept properly separate from your personal money, limits that risk. Your insurance is still your main protection.

What is IFTA, and do I need it?

IFTA lets you report fuel tax once for every state you drive in. You need it if you operate across state lines with a truck over 26,000 lbs or with three or more axles. You file a return every quarter, even if you didn't drive.

Who has to file Form 2290?

Anyone operating a truck with a taxable gross weight of 55,000 lbs or more on public highways. You need the stamped Schedule 1 to register the truck and get plates.

What is the per diem deduction?

Drivers away from home overnight under DOT hours-of-service rules can deduct a daily meal allowance set by the IRS, at 80% instead of the usual 50%. Many owner-operators never claim it because nobody tracked their days on the road.

Are you a broker? Do you take a cut of my loads?

We're a dispatch service, not a broker. Loads are booked in your company's name, and you get paid directly by the broker or your factoring company. Our dispatch fee is agreed in writing before we book anything.

My authority isn't active yet. Can you still help?

Yes, and that's the best time to start. We'll get your LLC, IFTA and bookkeeping in place while you wait, so you can haul on day one.

Do you work with small fleets?

Yes. We work with single-truck owner-operators and small fleets. Pricing depends on the number of trucks and the services you choose.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. Services are month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
